In my role as a legal assistant, I am approachable and engaged. I listen carefully to clients’ stories and believe it is important that they feel at ease and able to share their experiences. In situations that are often already uncertain and impactful, I aim to provide calm and clarity. With a pragmatic mindset and clear communication, I make complex matters understandable. I think along in a practical way and work in a solution-oriented manner, while always keeping an eye on the person behind the case. For me, it is important that clients know where they stand and have confidence in how their case is being handled. In my work, I combine empathy with a clear and structured approach.
