Lilian graduated in both Law and Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Starting her career as a lawyer at a small general law firm in Rotterdam, Lilian acquired wide experience in many areas of law.
Lilian transferred to Elfi Advocaten because of her special interest in personal injury cases. She finds satisfaction in realising a fair compensation amount in personal injury cases.
Lilian is a member of the LSA (“Vereniging Letselschade Advocaten”). The LSA is an association for lawyers who are highly specialized in personal injury law. The LSA gives requirements for and monitors how their members keep their knowledge of personal injury law up to date.
Lilian has completed Basic Training in Personal Injury and Victim cases. When you are a victim of a criminal offence Lilian may counsel you during criminal proceedings
Some victims dealing with personal injury might lose their jobs because of disability. In that case they may apply for disability or unemployment benefits. The government organisation (UWV) that reviews your request for benefits, might unjustly decide that you are not entitled to benefits. You will need to formally object to this decision and at times even file an appeal at an administrative court. Lilian is specialized in these matters and will gladly represent you.
