This privacy statement explains how Elfi Letselschade Advocaat handles information about an identified or identifiable natural person, as referred to in the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).

Therefore, we may invite you to complete a client satisfaction survey after 
completing an assignment.

We may only process your personal data if there is a legal basis for doing so. The above processing takes place on one of the following legal grounds under the AVG:
-for the performance of a contract for the provision of legal services and billing for work performed;
-because of a legal obligation, including the Wwft;
-to obtain financed legal aid;
-improving product and service information and carrying out targeted marketing campaigns in order to provide clients/target groups with relevant information, without involving special personal data or confidential data in the necessary combination and analysis of data and without creating individual client profiles;

-keeping of user statistics of the office website;
-consent of client;
-Because of a legitimate interest.

We may need to share your personal data with third parties. 
This may be in cases such as the following:
